i-PiS Pty Ltd. course introduces the user to Oracle Primavera P6 advanced functionality. It explores Resource functionality in detail and demonstrates how to effectively utilise the different Resource options. Other Advanced P6 functions that enhance the user’s effectiveness and productivity are also included.
Course content incorporates the ‘best practice’ principles for Resource management and is highly recommended for progression to an advanced user level with P6.
This is a two-day Instructor Led Training (ILT) training course facilitated by P6 experts with wide industry experience.
It includes a number of learner activities and formal assessment along with easy-to-use learner materials designed to support during and beyond training.
- Basic - Provides hands on training for Oracle Primavera P6. Participants will gain thorough understanding in the concepts of planning and scheduling. This course is made up of a series of workshops that create and track a project to completion.
- Advanced - This course builds on the knowledge gained in the basic course. Once again hands on workshops cover topics such as earned value analysis, updating baselines, advanced scheduling, layouts etc.
