Due to anticipated growth and future opportunities, this is an Expression of Interest for various roles across project controls: | Project Controls | Schedulers | Planners | Commercial Managers | Quantity Surveyors | Contract Administrators | Cost Engineers/Controllers | Claims Specialists.
Qualifications & experience
· Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. bachelors degree of any engineering, quantity surveying, project/construction management or similar);
· A range of levels of prior experience will be considered due to the range of prospective future roles;
· Professional accreditation such as PMP, PSP, PMI preferred but not essential;
· Strong, clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal; and
· You must have existing Australian working rights for your application to be considered for any roles.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Join a growing team with early involvement contributing to the development of the company;
· Deliver client pre-contract requirements not limited to RFQ's, BOQ's, estimating, scheduling, contract analysis and negotiation, bid strategy and tender collation;
· Deliver client post-contract requirements not limited to contract administration and correspondence, payment claims, variations, extensions of time, subcontractor and supplier management, project reporting;
· Work autonomously with a strong attention to detail and an eye for risks and opportunities;
· Integrate seamlessly into one or more project teams with a duty on client care;
· Some roles may require ad-hoc travel or a FIFO style roster (please indicate your mobility in your application)
Benefits

· Remuneration will be dependent on candidate experience.
