Summary
Archer has 21 years of extensive experience in various technical, engineering, projects, maintenance and STO roles. He specialises in the development, implementation and management of all end-to-end project planning and project controls systems and offers the required support to the project’s specific needs.
He has been significantly involved in many major Oil/Gas Projects (LNG, CSG, Petro-Chemicals) and Mining Projects including Nickel, Cobalt, Iron Ore, Lithium-Tantalum, Gold & Coal. This includes site works where Archer proactively imbeds himself as an effective member of the project team on site, always focussing on successful delivery.
Archer’s ability to work efficiently stems from a positive, open minded approach and well developed interpersonal skills. He has experience in overseeing master schedules on all works, including; planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, and earned value management. His knowledge and aptitude for scheduling, along with his proven ability to identify potential problem areas through critical path analyses, have ensured project success.
